Avatar Creations guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or return a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling
Avatar Creations ships all products by UPS or the US Postal Service within 2-3 business days. Delivery normally occurs within 7 days of shipping. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made via the U.S. Postal Service and shipped Parcel Post. Countries outside of The United States require additional shipping costs. Express shipping is available for an additional $15.00.

Payment
For Internet or telephone orders, we accept VISA and MasterCard. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
